LC came to Haynes & Co. as a vendor and worked her way up through the ranks to take over as Managing Director in 2022.

She combines a background in publishing, extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and a love for data to provide our clients with inferential and predictive analysis as well as timely market insights.

In her downtime, LC can be found doing DIY, spending time with her dogs, or working in the garden.

Chris Donato
Chris is the guru behind making sure Haynes & Company has the best in-field vendors in the industry. He has created a system for recruiting and implemented a seamless operational process by flexing his background in logistics, people operations, and non-profit management.

Outside of work, Chris will often be found climbing mountains (literally) and enjoying life outside in the Pacific Northwest.

Michelle brings ~20 years of experience in the Hospitality industry to our Talent and Recruiting team. With expertise spanning Human Resources focusing on training and development, career placement, and recruiting, she has a keen eye for attracting talented individuals to our in-field research team.

Jenny Forehand
Jenny drives Data and BI for Haynes & Co. by applying her background in Computer Information Systems, Database Management, and Business Intelligence for everyday solutions for our clients.

She brings over two decades of experience in designing, developing & administering systems to the table and her work supports all of the backend processes at Haynes & Co.

When she's not in the office, Jenny likes to cook, spend time with her family, and walk her dogs.

Jami Johnson
Jami brings an extensive background in human resources, onboarding, quality assurance, and compliance. She is the direct line between our troupe of in-field researchers and the Research Team and provides invaluable knowledge and support to our Research & Operations team.
When she's not in the office, Jami enjoys spending time with her family, camping, singing, and going out dancing.

Research Specialist
Gabby Torrez
Gabby originally joined the Haynes & Company Team as an in-field researcher and very quickly gained an interest in market research.
With over 10 years experience in Mortgage Loan Processing and Management, she brings a sharp eye for detail to the research team. She diligently reviews researcher's submissions, and works with them to provide the most accurate data to our clients.
In her free time, Gabby likes to complete escape room experiences with her friends, attend conventions, and loves spending time with her cats.
